At Roshmelle, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. We carefully check each product before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and fair.
Return Window (15 Days)
You may return or exchange any item within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
- The product must not be washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued for the returned product(s)
- The refund will exclude shipping charges (shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time
Exchange Policy
You can also choose to exchange your item instead of a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive a refund (excluding shipping fee)
- Any price difference between exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
In such cases:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or videos of the defect or issue may be required for verification
- Once confirmed, you can choose between a replacement or full refund (including shipping fee in fault cases)
We take full responsibility for items that arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

- Mention whether you want a return or exchange
- Share any required images if the product is faulty
- Our team will guide you through the next steps
Please do not send any item back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of faulty or incorrect items
- Requests made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted
- Items must meet all return conditions to be approved
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable) may have separate return rules
